Dr. David McLaren will be joining the Kawartha North FHT effective Nov. 1st, 2011 and we will be taking on patients for a limited time.

FAQ’s:
- Will I need to let my current doctor go?
Not at this time. If you have a practitioner but are having to travel to see him/her, continue to go to them until after you become a patient with us, the Ministry will change you over automatically. - Can anyone become a patient?
No. You must reside in our catchment area and either have no Dr. or Nurse Practioner at this time or have to travel out of the area to see him/her. If you don’t know whether you are in our catchment, you can check our catchment map here.. - How do I become a patient?
Call 705.887.3531 to leave your name, address and phone number. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know how to complete a registration form. Or you can email your contact information to registration@kawarthanorthfht.ca.
Please do not email or fax the completed form, if you would like to print it, you may complete it and return it to our Fenelon Falls office at 50 Colborne St.
