Train Station Gallery
This is a must stop location with local artists on duty to answer questions and give commentary. The gallery features original oils and watercolours, glass, pottery and ceramics as well as quilts and weavings. Here you’ll find all those one-of-a-kind fine art pieces you’ve been looking for. The Train Station artist co-op opens mid-May. In May, June and September the hours are 10 am-4 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Throughout July and August it is open 7 days a week, from 10 am.- 4 pm For more information call 887-1868.
Kawartha Arts Festival
Held annually in September is the Fenelon Falls Arts Festival. With more than 100 art exhibitors, sculpture, wood carving, tin ware, jewellery, pottery, stained glass and photography are just some of the exhibits you can expect. The show continues to encourage young artists with the “Young At Art” category where young artists display and sell their work at no charge.
